Der Tenor Jihoon Son (Südkorea, 1990) singt im Halbfinale der Arien-Abteilung der Concours Musical International de Montréal 2022 (CMIM) "Pourquoi me réveiller?" aus Jules Massenets Oper "Werther", "Si, ritrovarla io giuro" aus Gioachino Rossinis Oper "La Cenerentola" (Aschenputtel) und "Che gelida manina" aus Giacomo Puccinis Oper "La Bohème". Begleitet wird er vom Montrealer Symphonieorchester unter der Leitung von Jacques Lacombe. Diese Aufführung wurde im Montreal Symphony House aufgenommen.
