Dr. Pol und sein Team behandeln diesmal wieder besonders eigenartige Patienten. Ein Rotnackenwallaby zeigt eine seltsame Schwellung, und "Baxter", eine neugeborene Zwergziege, wiegt nur die Hälfte des Gewichts ihrer Altersgenossen. Eine spezielle Herausforderung trifft den Chef der Tierarzt-Crew Dr. Pol persönlich: Er wird zu einer Farm gerufen, wo ein Kalb mit sechs Beinen zur Welt kam.
