Now 20, Marvin left Germany at the age of just 16. He emigrated with his brother to Hungary - to Budapest, to be precise. Why would a young person leave Germany at such a young age? In Marvin's case there were a range of crucial factors: Germany's COVID policy, concerns about immigration and domestic security, changes in society and what he sees as insufficient national pride.
