Grizzy ist es zu heiß und er bietet den Lemmingen seinen Ventilator an, wenn sie im Gegenzug mit einem Baby-Strauß spielen, den er vor der Hütte gefunden hat. Die Lemminge sind begeistert von ihrem neuen Spielkameraden, doch die Eltern des Straußes missverstehen die Situation. Sie glauben, dass Grizzy der Vater der Lemminge ist und machen ihn für das Verschwinden ihres Kindes verantwortlich.
