Ein Grizzlybär eignet sich das von einem Ranger verlassene Haus in der kanadischen Wildnis an und genießt die Annehmlichkeiten, die ihm Sofa, Klimaanlage und voll ausgestattete Küche bieten. Doch er ist nicht allein im Haus. Eine Gruppe frecher Lemminge beansprucht das Haus ebenfalls als Wohnstatt. Nun versuchen beide Seiten, sich gegenseitig auszutricksen, um die Oberhand zu gewinnen.
