Um die Bärendame von sich zu überzeugen, will Grizzy ein wenig abspecken. Mit einem Fitnessgerät müsste das doch funktionieren, und wie praktisch ist es da, dass der Waldaufseher bereits ein Gerät aufgebaut hat. Doch bevor der Bär mit seinem Training beginnen kann, muss er erst einmal ein Problem mit den Lemmingen klären, die die Maschinen als ihren privaten Vergnügungspark nutzen.
