Inside Africa

In September 2025, Rwanda hosted the UCI Road World Championships for the first time in Africa. We follow the journey of elite cyclists, including Janvier Shyaka from Rwanda and Alaliaa Darwish from Egypt, as they train at Rwanda's premier cycling academy under the guidance of high-performance coach Clint Hendricks (South Africa).
