Bei einer Übung wird der Absturz eines Flugzeugs simuliert. Alle Einsatzkräfte sind beteiligt. Plötzlich gefährden jedoch ganz reale Probleme den Betrieb des Airports. Gefährliche Winde führen zur Sperrung von zwei Start- und Landebahnen. Außerdem legt ein Stromausfall die Anzeigetafeln lahm. Schließlich tritt das Worst-Case-Szenario ein: Durch eine Explosion in einem Passagierterminal wird Alarm ausgelöst.
