Guam, 6 August, 1997: Starke Regenfälle behindern die Landung einer koreanischen Passagiermaschine. Drei Meilen vor dem Flughafen stürzt die Maschine plötzlich beim Landeanflug ab. 228 der 254 Insassen kommen ums Leben. Die Piloten hatten übersehen, dass das automatische Landesystem außer Betrieb war.
