Simon und Siouxie werden von einem Notruf alarmiert. Wie es heißt, ist eine Schlange in einem dunklen Raum verschwunden. Als die beiden vor Ort eintreffen, ist unklar, wo sich das Reptil genau aufhält. Nur mit einer Taschenlampe bewaffnet wagt Simon sich in die Finsternis. Den Schlangenjäger beschleicht das Gefühl, dass hier irgendetwas nicht stimmt. Auf Simons Intuition war bisher immer Verlass.
